Proposed change directs the clerk to refer overtures with Constitutional repercussions to the OC.
The Overtures Committee (OC) voted 61-20 to refer Overture 31 back to Westminster Presbytery.
The Overtures Committee voted 68-4 to answer 9 in the negative.
“As moderator,” Ross says, “it’s important to have the ear of both the older and younger generations.”

The discussion will take place 5:15-6:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, at the PCA General Assembly in Louisville, Ky.
