The Standing Judicial Commission of the PCA has rendered a final decision in the Appeal of TE Burk Parsons vs. Central Florida Presbytery, SJC Case 2025-15. In accordance with the Operating Manual of the Standing Judicial Commission 17.2, the SJC voted to announce the decision immediately to the parties. That step completed, the decision is now considered public information. Any potential concurring or dissenting opinions (OMSJC 18.12) have not yet been received by the SJC.
