A statement from the Standing Judicial Commission:

The Standing Judicial Commission of the PCA at its October 15, 2020 meeting received the report of its committee that was formed to determine whether the requests to assume original jurisdiction over a Teaching Elder in Missouri Presbytery are in order and agreed without objection to adjourn to a time of the Chairman’s choosing. It was understood that Missouri Presbytery had before it this week a complaint related to this matter. The Chairman of the Standing Judicial Commission, Fred Greco (TE),  will re-convene the Commission after the presbytery meeting in order for the Commission to be fully informed of the presbytery’s decisions that may be related to these matters and to potentially take up the issue of original jurisdiction.
