Mission to North America is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Lane-Hall as the new strategic operations director, effective March 18, 2024.

Tracy joins the Executive Leadership Team of MNA as strategic operations director, playing a pivotal role in executing the ministry’s internal and external strategic objectives. She steps into her new position following her impactful service as strategic assistant to the MNA Coordinator since 2021. With a rich history at Mission to North America dating back to Sept. 5, 2000, Tracy has held various administrative leadership positions, demonstrating exceptional skill and commitment to the ministry’s vision.
Throughout her tenure at MNA, Tracy has exemplified leadership excellence, providing C-suite executive support and managing administrative operations. Her involvement in representing MNA at PCA events, active participation in church planting efforts, and experience serving on non-profit boards have uniquely equipped her for the strategic operations director role.
Tracy Lane-Hall’s appointment as strategic operations director signifies a promising new chapter for Mission to North America as it continues to serve the Presbyterian Church in America and advance the gospel of Jesus Christ.
