An act so gentle, a little whisper of the assurance of God’s care, powerfully rekindled faith, hope, and the willingness to move forward into God’s future. 

God made a pagan king a member of heaven’s family by grace alone. We, too, become members of God’s family by faith in his grace alone.

Jesus could certainly speak with boldness, but his goal was to make the gospel plain. God’s truth without his gracious intent is not his will. 

God is good all the time because his Son took all the punishment we deserve.

Because of Christ’s mercy and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, we have Christ’s pardon from past sin and spiritual power to resist more sin! We are not perfect yet, but we are no longer controlled by sin.

Do not believe that your sin is greater than God’s grace. Jesus died to reconcile his enemies to God.

The message of God’s unconditional love is carefully and lovingly unpacked throughout Scripture.

Jesus’ dying gift closed the distance between us and God, reconciling us so that we would treasure his love and live for him.

Only by trusting that Jesus purchased heaven’s blessings for us by his sacrifice can we claim redemption from a sinful past and a home in heaven forever.

No matter what’s happening in your life, God assures you that he knows and is in charge of every detail.
