The grace of God is greater than all our sins. Though they be as scarlet, through Christ’s pardon “they shall be white as snow.”
While we rightly take our grief to the Lord and look forward to Christ’s return, we must also remember that God is still at work today, on earth among the living.
Perhaps the process of “keeping unstained” begins to happen as we become more aware of our own poverty and brokenness.

We serve Christ best when we believe he has lifted our burden and we rejoice in his grace.
