As officers of the Administrative Committee, we want to assure the churches, officers, and members of the Presbyterian Church in America that we are aware of concerns regarding an interview that first appeared on The Gospel Coalition website and was conducted with our stated clerk, TE Bryan Chapell.

We are deeply grieved for any injury that resulted from this in the lives of individuals and families. Likewise, we are saddened by any disruption this has caused to the peace of the Presbyterian Church in America as well as other Presbyterian and Reformed denominations. 

Our committee has scheduled a meeting at which time this matter will be discussed. We ask for your prayers as we consider this and other items before us. May our Savior bless you all as you seek to be faithful to the Scriptures, true to the Reformed faith, and obedient to the Great Commission.
