Perrin served churches continuously from his ordination in 1972 until his medical retirement in 2015. Dan said his brother’s legacy will be one of working to bolster Christ’s church around the world.

Marc Champagne is not content with the status quo. As a church planter in Cincinnati, he believes that the community of the church should reflect the community in which God has placed it.
“We had girls as young as 10 who helped during the sewing process and helped man the boutique. It was confirmation for me that all people find great joy in serving.”
While the couple has always talked about adopting, they are finding that caring for children in crisis, and the emotional roller coaster of dealing with an unpredictable legal system, can be hard, lonely work.
For more than 15 years men from the Lighthouse have held forth the Gospel in one of the darkest places, offering love, acceptance, and hope to those who feel hopeless and unlovable.
Is not colorblindness the greatest of anti-racist goals? Or, to put it another way: Are we not to strive for equal treatment for all, without regard to race? Once again, a different understanding of terms becomes a stumbling block to unity.

The overture demonstrates that the PCA takes seriously its past and current sins, and it is always healthy for the denomination to confess. By confessing specific sins of racism, the PCA creates a more welcoming environment for all minorities.

Though Overture 4 has been the pattern for nine overtures growing out of last years Lucas-Duncan personal resolution, several other responses have emerged.
“We want students to understand that they can lead their peers and don’t have to wait until they are adults. For Perimeter kids, it is a chance to explore their gifts and see how God can use them.”
