Around the PCA – Spring 2023
By Staff
Reformed-University-Fellowship

PCA people, churches, agencies, and committees minister in a variety of settings and circumstances. Here, you’ll find a handful of upcoming opportunities to learn, grow, and get involved in our denomination’s work, all for the sake of Christ’s kingdom.

Reformed University Fellowship

Throughout the spring, RUF will visit seminaries around the country to meet anyone interested in campus ministry. The events will give seminarians a chance to meet RUF staff for lunch, a one-on-one conversation, or an evening event. For a schedule and to sign up for events, visit https://ruf.org/media/recruiting-events/.

Covenant Theological Seminary

Covenant’s 75-credit hour Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) degree has been given full accreditation by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). Current and future graduates of the MAC program will have more options for licensing in states other than Missouri. The change affects not only students currently in the program, but also applies retroactively to the first class to graduate with the 75-credit version of the degree in 2022.

On May 25-26, Covenant Seminary will host its Austin Harrington Counseling Conference, with keynote speaker Aundi Kolber. The conference will provide counselors with tools to help their clients rely on God with their hearts, minds, and bodies (and offer Continuing Education for the state of Missouri). Pastors and ministry leaders will learn to view healing, wholeness, and strength in a way that helps you and those you lead towards greater resilience. Learn more and register here.
