The PCA’s Women in the Church (WIC) ministry will host its annual Leadership Conference on Feb. 20-22, 2014, at the Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North. Bible study leaders, women’s ministry directors, presbytery-level Women In the Church, local women’s ministry leadership team members, and PCA staff women are invited to this important weekend of training and fellowship.

“Our yearly conference is focused on training and encouraging women in the PCA to lead and serve the women’s ministry at their respective churches,” explains Sherry Lanier, part of the WIC National Leadership Team. The 2014 conference theme is “Called to Serve, Equipped to Lead: Leading with Truth.” Nationally recognized author and speaker Nancy Guthrie and Ellen Dykas, director of Women’s Ministries for Harvest USA, will be the weekend’s keynote speakers.

Conference attendees will be able to participate in training sessions specific to the various positions of Women In The Church, as well as seminars covering a variety of topics relevant to women’s ministry in today’s culture. Attendees will also have opportunities to meet with women from across the country. Organizers hope all facets of the Leadership Conference will provide an opportunity for learning, networking, sharing ideas, and encouragement.
