Paul Hahn Nominated as Next MNA Coordinator

The Mission to North America (MNA) Committee will present the Rev. Paul Hahn to the 2016 General Assembly as its recommendation for MNA Coordinator. The new coordinator will replace Jim Bland, who will retire in June. Hahn brings a variety of ministry experiences to the position, including campus ministry, church planting, and advising and coaching church planters and launch teams. Currently Hahn serves as pastor for church planting and renewal for Tennessee Valley Presbytery.

After earning his B.A. degree from Yale and M.Div. degree from Reformed Theological Seminary – Jackson, Hahn served as a campus minister for Reformed University Ministries at Auburn from 1990-1994. In 1994 he moved to Austin, Texas to plant Redeemer Presbyterian Church, where he served until 2003. From 2003-2015 Hahn planted and pastored Redeemer Church of Knoxville. Hahn is also a founder of the Southwest Church Planting Network. He is married to Fran, and they have four adult children.

Hahn’s nomination will be complete when the General Assembly votes to approve him in June.
