By a vote of 73 - 8 (with six abstentions) the Overtures Committee to the PCA’s 38th General Assembly answered Overture 5 in the negative. The overture was to "Amend BCO 26-2 to Clarify How Non-Binding Sections of the BCO May Be Amended." The overture now goes to the General Assembly for consideration.
