By a vote of 87–3 (with one abstention), the Overtures Committee to the PCA’s 38th General Assembly answered Overture 18 in the negative. The overture, from Louisiana Presbytery, was to “Require Presbytery Vote on BCO 59-1, 59-6.” The overture now goes to the General Assembly for consideration.
