By a vote of 55-41, the Overtures Committee to the 38th General Assembly answered Overture 11, from Presbytery of the Blue Ridge, in the affirmative. The overture is to "Amend BCO 5-3 to Allow Latitude in Oversight of Mission Churches." The overture now goes to the General Assembly for consideration.
