Fifty Days of Prayer to Focus on the Prophets
Each year Christian Education and Publications (CE&P) and Mission to North America (MNA) call the PCA to prayer through its “50 Days of Prayer” devotional. This year Mike Ross, pastor of Christ Covenant Church in Matthews, N.C., will explore the themes and lessons found in the prophets.
“These themes—justice, mercy, truth, hope, humility, holiness, revival, and love for one's nation—are so relevant to ministry in the 21st century,” said Charles Dunahoo, coordinator of CE&P.
The “50 Days of Prayer for the PCA” booklets will feature contributions from Randy Nabors, George Grant, Al Baker, Mike Milton, and others. Prayer requests from the PCA agencies and committees will also be included. The devotional begins on the National Day of Prayer (May 1) and ends on June 19, the last day of the PCA’s 37th General Assembly.
