2010 Global Missions Conference to Feature Novenson, Kooistra

Paul Kooistra, coordinator of Mission to the World (MTW), and Joe Novenson, senior teaching pastor of Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church in Tennessee, will serve as plenary session speakers for the 2010 PCA Global Missions Conference, to be held November 5-7 in Chattanooga, Tenn. This year’s conference is co-sponsored by MTW and Covenant College.

“We’ll be exploring missions in practical and theological ways, giving updates on the church around the globe, offering how-tos for local churches, and hearing insights from PCA missions pastors,” said MTW’s Jack Beall, director of the Global Missions Conference.

Dozens of seminars will be offered at the conference, ranging from theology (“Becoming an Acts 1:8 Church” by Covenant professor Nelson Jennings) to ecclesiology  (“Missions: A Program of the Church or a Part of Her Identity” by PCA missions pastor Brett Carl).
